Four Day Work Week?

What are your thoughts on moving to a four day work week? It seems like the five day forty hour week has been the norm since forever but it is actually relatively new. Many companies have been toying the with idea of shorter weeks and some have actually tried it out. Turns out, it might be more beneficial than you imagined. First of all, there is increased productivity because your employees are better rested and happier. It is also better for families who are trying to balance a career and have a life a home as well. Employee turnover can be extremely difficult for businesses. Losing talented people, and then having to spend time and money identifying and training replacements, can be a major burden. Having that extra time off can also stimulate creativity so they can find amazing solutions and create great mobile applications as well.
